Last night Jennie and I took Brooklyn, Maddux and Payton to the Cleveland State basketball game. I got some free tickets from work and we decided to have a family date night. I only got 4 tickets so we left Nolan and Grandma and Grandpas. He isn't to into basketball, yet, but does know when Lebron is on. We had tickets to the game as well as their Viking Club, which is a full course meal before the game up in the box seats. The food was OK but the kids wanted popcorn and drinks when we went down to our seats. We were right at half court and about 8 rows from the floor so they were good seats. Their team isn't all that great but it was fun to take the kids and spend some time together. They also had a little fun zone set up with blow-up things the kids could jump and play on. We didn't get to spend too much time down there but they did have fun. The Vikings did win the game so I guess that is good for them. Here are some pictures from the night.
Brooklyn and Maddux downing some popcorn and soda.
Jennie and Payton. Payton actually did really well at the game and made it almost the whole game. She started to get tired with about 8 minutes left to go.
Here are Brooklyn and Maddux waiting in line to jump on one of the bouncers.
The Cleveland State Viking mascot. I think the kids were more interested in this than anything else. It was funny because Maddux kept an eye on him the whole game and watched everything he did. He is the same way at the CAVs games.
