Swimming at the Rec

Just wanted to put a couple photos of the kids learning how to swim. Sorry the quality isn't the best but they won't be like that for long. I have a new camera on its way and should have some better pictures. The one we have now is nice as long as you are not taking pictures inside. Enough about the camera. The kids love swimming and are progressing nicely. Maddux can hold his breath under the water the longest from his class. The other day the teacher counted to 28 before he came up. It is funny because the other kids will come up around 15 to 18 and the teacher will tap him on the head to come up because he will stay under. Brooklyn is a little harder to watch because she swims in the middle of the pool and they don't allow the parents to camp out there. I have to watch her from one end of the pool. She is learning some of the different strokes such as back stroke and freestyle. She is pretty good at floating on her back and loves her teachers. Sometimes I think she likes talking with all the girls better than the swimming itself. She will talk to whoever is around her no matter what. It is kind of funny to watch. Nolan is anxiously awaiting the day he can take lessons as well. He has no fear of the water and loves it. I haven't decided if that is a good thing or not. Anyways enough rambling, I just wanted to show you what the kids were up to. I am taking Maddux to watch Lebron James and the CAVs tomorrow night so should have some good pictures from the game. He is very excited to go and root for his favorite player. We are hoping they select him to go stand in the middle of the court and receive a ball from one of the players. Brooklyn was selected last time and had a blast. Maddux was also picked last year when we went but would not go out there so we passed.

Look at this cool guy. His goggles look more like sunglasses rather than goggles. I guess that is what you get with Spiderman goggles.
